A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Hi there! My name is Kacee & I'm the gal behind the camera.

The real interest in photography began after college.

My parents got a DSLR camera, and I wanted to learn how to take "fancy" pictures with it,

and so that's how this whole thing began.

Naturally, I'm a quiet person who likes to observe, so that's a big plus in photography!

It has allowed me to step back and look at what I'm capturing before doing it.

It also creates wonderful opportunities to capture moments that others may not even consider.

Another important thing to mention is that I love the natural look, so I do NOT over edit my pictures.

I simply use Lightroom to edit them with a preset & call it good. You will never find me using Photoshop.

In June of 2022, I got married to my favorite person.

We live in Hays and just bought an adorable ranch style house that we're slowly turning into a home.

In my spare time, I love to travel! It's such a joy capturing moments from our adventures.

I also enjoy reading books (you can find me on my Instagram book account @kaceesbookshelf),

making homemade lattes, and gardening.
